Privacy notice
Updated: 6 October 2026
Contract operation receipts
When you request generation or return a contract through your private link, we document the operation using the booking and submission references, server date and time, connection IP where available, names listed in the booking, event date and a SHA-256 fingerprint of the PDF. This supports the requested contractual procedure and our legitimate interest in documenting submissions and protecting legal rights; it does not certify identity or constitute a qualified timestamp. For the email-based procedure, the receipt accompanies the document through Resend to our Proton mailbox, under the contractual-record retention criteria below. The application does not separately archive the receipt or PDF; delivery metadata and provider security logs have their own service lifecycles. SMS verification is not currently performed by this procedure.
About this notice
This initial notice covers the public The Gloves website and the Hit Me Wedding One More Time blog. It explains how to contact us and how personal information is used. We are reviewing the details of our suppliers and retention arrangements; this notice will be updated as that review is completed.
Who is responsible
Supersera SRLS, Via Vasanello 11, 00189 Rome, Italy, VAT no. 17922791003, operates The Gloves website and is the controller of the personal data described here. For privacy requests, write to supersera.srls@gmail.com.
Enquiries and events
We use the name, email address, event details, venue, message and other information you choose to provide to answer enquiries, prepare quotations and organise requested services. This processing is based on steps you request before a contract or performance of a contract. Required fields are marked; without them we may be unable to handle your request. Do not include unnecessary health information or other sensitive details.
Website and blog
Technical connection data and security logs support delivery of the website and prevention of abuse, based on our legitimate interest in protecting the service. Where a comment form is available, the name and comment you submit may be published following moderation; the email is used to manage the submission. Statistics and optional third-party content are described in the cookie policy.
Aggregate site counters
To understand and improve the site, we count public page openings, configurator openings and starts, grouped by day and broad source category. These internal counters operate without analytics cookies or persistent visitor identifiers and do not store full URLs, referrers, IP addresses, contact details or individual journeys in the statistics table. Aggregate site totals are retained for up to 13 months. Blog articles also have an aggregate opening counter, retained for the life of the article, without visitor identifiers. Hosting and security providers may separately process technical request logs as described in this notice.
Optional statistics and embedded content
Optional measurement and Vimeo embeds rely on your cookie choices. Google Maps, SociableKIT reviews and YouTube players remain available independently of these choices; providers receive technical data and may use cookies, including for marketing. Where consent is requested, it can be withdrawn through Cookie preferences. The privacy checkbox on the contact form acknowledges this notice; it does not authorise advertising or newsletter subscriptions.
No automatic newsletter subscription
Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorise promotional messages. Any future marketing subscription will be presented separately. The online configurator lets you prepare a quotation, verify your email, request an offer and ask our team to proceed with booking. Related emails may include reminders with an option to stop them.
Who receives data
Authorised members of our team handle enquiries and events. Technical services include Hostinger for hosting, Supabase for database, authentication and storage, Resend for transactional email, Proton for business email. Google and SociableKIT provide the third-party services described in the cookie policy. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
International services
Some providers operate internationally, so processing or access may take place outside the European Economic Area. You can request information about the providers, processing locations and applicable transfer arrangements at our privacy email address.
How long we keep information
For enquiries that do not become bookings, our retention policy provides for review and deletion 12 months after the last substantive contact, unless the enquiry remains open or relates to a future event. Contractual records are kept for the service and applicable legal obligations; information needed for a dispute may be retained until it is resolved. Technical records and backups have separate service-related lifecycles. The 12-month policy is an operational review rule, not an automatic deletion timer.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability and object to processing. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact supersera.srls@gmail.com; we may need to verify your identity. You may complain to the Italian Garante or another competent supervisory authority.
